MyChati is a customer communication and social media management platform that allows businesses to:

  • Connect WhatsApp Business accounts to send messages using approved templates and broadcast messages
  • Manage WhatsApp chats
  • Connect Facebook Pages and view Messenger conversations
  • Connect Instagram Business accounts and manage Instagram Direct messages
  • View Facebook and Instagram posts and associated comments
  • Log in using TikTok and view TikTok posts and comments

2. Trial Period

MyChati offers a 7-day trial period. After the trial expires, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

All payments for upgrades are refundable only as required by law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use MyChati.

You represent that you are authorized to connect and manage any WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts used with the Service.

4. Account Registration

To use MyChati, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Ensuring only authorized users access your account

5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

MyChati integrates with third-party platforms including:

  • WhatsApp Business (Meta)
  • Facebook Pages & Messenger
  • Instagram Business
  • TikTok

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms and policies. MyChati is not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspensions, or outages caused by third-party platforms.

6. WhatsApp Messaging Rules

When using WhatsApp through MyChati, you agree that:

  • Messages are sent only using Meta-approved templates
  • You have obtained proper consent from message recipients
  • You comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
  • You will not send spam, misleading, or illegal content

MyChati is not responsible for message delivery failures, template rejections, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Send unsolicited or spam messages
  • Violate Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok policies
  • Interfere with system security or performance
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of MyChati is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data. By using MyChati, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to process customer data
  • You comply with applicable data protection laws
  • You are responsible for the data you manage through the platform

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. MyChati may:

  • Perform maintenance
  • Update features
  • Modify or discontinue parts of the Service

We are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues or third-party platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials within MyChati are owned by or licensed to MyChati.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Fees and Payments

If paid plans are offered:

  • Fees are billed as described on our pricing page
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Breach third-party platform policies
  • Use the Service unlawfully

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Violation of third-party platform policies
